Dr. Rohit Baiswar is a Gold Medalist and University Topper in MD General Medicine from Sarojini Naidu Medical College (SNMC), Agra — a testament to both his academic brilliance and his deep command of clinical Internal Medicine. His journey in medicine reflects a rare combination of scholarly distinction, rigorous research output, and a genuine dedication to frontline patient care.
He completed his foundational MBBS at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital before securing a place in the highly competitive MD General Medicine programme at SNMC Agra — one of India's oldest government medical colleges, established in 1939. He not only completed the programme but topped the entire university, earning the Gold Medal — the highest academic honour in postgraduate medicine.
Following his MD, Dr. Baiswar served for three years (2018–2021) as an Assistant Professor of General Medicine at Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), Barabanki — where he mentored medical students, contributed to postgraduate clinical training, and published three peer-reviewed research papers on CKD, Vitamin D deficiency, and COVID-19 complications. He now practices as a specialist physician at Indo Gulf Jan Seva Trust Hospital, Jagdishpur.
